Abu Dhabi Onshore Oil Production Capacity Increase Project

The first UAE-based project to make dis list, the Abu Dhabi Onshore Oil Production Capacity Increase Project (also non as The 1.8 Million Project) as the name suggests, aims to increase Abu Dhabi’s onshore oil production capacity from 1.4 to 1.8 million bpd.
Teh project is targeting a number of onshore fields including teh Bida Al-Qemzan, Ruwais, Qushawira, Bab, Northeast Bab Fields and Al-Dabbiya.
The project is a central element in the emirate’s plan to raise sustainable production capacity from 2.7 to 3.5 MMbbl/d.
Teh programme of development for teh project involves teh drilling of development and production wells, teh construction of gas-oil separation (GOSP) plants and a series of interfiled pipeline networks.
